Lethbridge Fitness

  • Barre -A challenging yet low impact class that tones your entire body with moves inspired by ballet and pilates.  It improves posture and balance combining barre and floor work using small weights, bands and balls.  
  • Cycle – Crank it up with this unbeatable all levels workout. Optimize cardiovascular fitness & calorie burn with hills, sprints, power drills, intervals & much more. Class size is limited, reserve a bike online or at the front desk.
  • Cycle & Barre – Start upstairs for a calorie burning cycle class and then move downstairs to finish off with Barre. 
  • Hatha Yoga –Relax, stretch & breathe deeply with this all levels class. Enjoy taking time for your self and learning basic yoga stretches that address everyday discomfort.  Room temperature.  
  • H.I.T. – High Intensity Training. This class combines intense resistance training and cardio intervals with very short bouts of rest.
  • Hot Power Yoga – A combination of traditional yoga with dynamic exercises – get ready to burn 500 calories per class! The room is heated to 30 degrees – prepare to sweat, strengthen and lengthen your muscles!
  • MetCon – Using the CT8 system out on the main gym floor, this metabolic conditioning class is a high-intensity full body workout with very short periods of rest. 
  • Pound – A full-body cardio jam session, combining easy to follow cardio moves with strength training and drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, plyometric and yoga based poses.
  • Renew & Unwind Yoga – The perfect way to finish off the week. 60 mins of breathing, mindful movement and stillness. In this class we will explore 1-2 key areas of the body providing a deep release of stress throughout the body and mind. Through a combination of laying down, seated and standing postures you will increase your strength, flexibility and balance. No matter the surprises that your week has presented this class will leave you feeling lighter and renewed for your weekend.  Room temperature. 
  • Shred – Each week you’ll get a full body workout with a specific focus on a different group of muscles (back/bi, chest/tri, legs, core/shoulders).
  • StrongFit – Using the CT8 system in the main gym area, this strength training circuit style class is full of variety to keep your muscles guessing!  Class size is limited – reserve a spot online or at the front desk.
  • Tabata – This class is the ultimate in interval training and fat burning – short bouts of work (strength or cardio) followed by even shorter rest periods for fast results!
  • Vinyasa Flow – This class will focus on flowing from pose to pose, linking movement with breath while building a slow internal heat in the body.  Bring your wish list to the class and the instructor can help support your individual goals and may incorporate props such as foam rollers.  All levels.
  • Warm Yang/Yin Yoga –The Yang practice is to strengthen, energize and create heat in the body.  The Yin style of long held passive poses will focus on gently opening connective tissue of the lower spine, hips and pelvis.  This practice lays the foundation for an amazing nights sleep.   Suitable for all levels. Temperature 25 – 27 degrees. 
  • Zumba – This Latin inspired, easy to follow, dance-fitness party will help you burn 500 calories per class.
